A cleaning woman can be hired, on demand, with previous notice, at the rate of € 10.-- / hour. This service is not guaranteed as it depends on the lady’s availability.

Payment :

A third of the rental price must be paid in advance for definitive reservation. A reservation confirmation will be sent to the client via e-mail upon receipt of funds.Keys of the house will not be given to the client if the whole rental has not been paid and received before their departure for holidays.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation, the advance is by no means refundable.

Inventory :

An inventory will be made and countersigned by both parties on the first day of arrival, and on the last day of departure.

Guaranty :

A guaranty of CHF 1'000.-- or € 650.-- will be issued by the client in case of depredations in the house, either paid together with the initial advance, or with the final payment. A bank guaranty is also accepted..
