GROUNDFLOOR

Entrance directly into the living-room. The living-room is made of a superb bricks arch. It is equipped with analog tv-sat, and a stereo. Lavatory Stone arch (the only one known in the town up to now !), leading into the kitchen and to the staircase to the first floor.
All the load-bearing walls of this house are made of plain stone.


KITCHEN

The kitchen is totally equipped with an air-pulse oven, microwave oven, vitro-ceramic cooker, fridge-freezer, air extractor, dish-washer. One can go to the patio from the kitchen through a picture window. At the other end of the patio, there is a little cabin where there is the washing machine.

FIRST FLOOR

To the left of the staircase, there are 4 big wall cupboards just before entering the double bedroom on the patio. There is also a French window in the room leading to the terrace. Both the patio and the terrace are equipped with garden furniture.

A To the right of the staircase, a bathroom with a tub and shower, then the bedroom on the street with 2 single beds and a children’s foldable bed.

It is worth to notice that the house is decorated and furnished with expensive pieces of furniture, dishes and decoration. A particular attention must be paid to it during rentals.
